This privacy policy is designed to ensure that the Seller complies with the Republic of Lithuania Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data, the Republic of Lithuania Electronic Communications Law and other applicable laws regulating personal data protection, as well as instructions from competent institutions.

The user (buyer) whose personal data is processed by the Seller has the following rights:

  • to know (be informed) about the processing of their data (right to know)
  • to get acquainted with their personal data and how they are processed (right to get acquainted)
  • to demand correction, destruction of their personal data (right to "be forgotten") or stop (except storage) processing actions of their personal data when data is processed without complying with the Republic of Lithuania Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data and other legal provisions (right to correct)
  • to disagree that your personal data would be processed.

We (www.monsell.lt) may not provide you with conditions to exercise the above-mentioned personal data subject rights when, in cases provided by applicable law, it is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation and determination of crimes, official or professional ethics violations, as well as the protection of the data subject's or other persons' rights and freedoms. Your rights will be implemented after confirming your identity in person or with an electronic signature.

www.monsell.lt has the following rights:

  • The Seller has the right to determine at his discretion the minimum size of the Goods basket, i.e. the minimum amount that, when reached, the Buyer's order will be executed. The size of this amount can be indicated when reviewing the Goods basket.
  • If the Buyer tries to harm the stability and security of the online store or violates his obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning limit or suspend his ability to use the online store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.
  • In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely stop the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer. In such a case, all accepted and confirmed Buyers' orders are completed, and new orders are not accepted.
  • The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order without prior notice if the Buyer who chose payment by bank transfer does not pay for the Goods.
  • The Seller may carry out various marketing campaigns and also has the right to unilaterally change the conditions of the marketing campaigns in question and stop the campaigns that have already started without separate warning.
  • The Seller undertakes to deliver goods to the Buyer no later than within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. If the Seller, for important reasons, cannot fulfill the order on time and properly within 30 days, he undertakes to immediately inform the Buyer about the delay in delivery of goods.
