Important: If you found a defect when unpacking, notify us immediately before starting to wear it! Contact via Instagram or by leaving an inquiry on the website www.monsell.lt. If you report later when the item has already been worn, we may evaluate it as damage that occurred during wear, and return may not be possible.
According to Civil Code art. 6.363, if the defect is minor and doesn't prevent use, the contract cannot be terminated – we always try to fix such defects for free! Our quality guarantee supplements your rights under the Lithuanian Republic Civil Code (art. 6.338).
