All orders are prepared with love in Lithuania, and we use reliable partners for shipping. Below you'll find all important information about delivery, based on Lithuanian Republic legal acts (including the Civil Code and consumer rights protection), so everything is transparent and clear.
ORDER PREPARATION
- Your order starts being prepared immediately after payment confirmation.
- Preparation time: from 5 to 10 business days, depending on workload, sewing complexity and order quantity. If items are in stock, we try to ship faster – we'll inform you by email!
- If due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., material shortage) the term would be extended, we'll immediately inform you and offer alternatives to avoid disappointment.
SHIPPING METHODS AND COUNTRIES
We ship only to European countries to ensure fast and reliable delivery:
- To Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia: we use Omniva terminals – convenient and fast! You can choose the nearest terminal when ordering.
- To other European countries: we ship via Lithuanian Post to reach the entire continent safely and economically.
- To countries outside Europe: we ship via Lithuanian Post.
These methods comply with EU regulations, including VAT tax for all shipments (from July 1, 2021, VAT applies to all imports regardless of value).
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Times are indicative and depend on shipping partners and customs procedures (especially in non-EU countries). We strive for everything to go smoothly, but exact times may vary due to holidays, weather conditions or other factors:
- Lithuania: 1–3 business days after shipping.
- Latvia and Estonia: 2–5 business days after shipping.
- Other European countries: 5–14 business days after shipping (e.g., Germany or France – faster, distant countries like Greece – longer).
- All other countries: 7–20 business days after shipping.
If the shipment is delayed, we recommend tracking it through the shipping partner's system – we'll send the tracking number by email.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Costs are always calculated individually according to order weight, size and destination country – they are shown in real time in the order summary (checkout), so you can see the final amount before confirmation.
- If customs duties or additional charges apply (e.g., in non-EU countries), they are your responsibility according to EU rules.

RESPONSIBILITY AND WARRANTIES
- We are responsible for order preparation and shipping, but not responsible for third-party (Omniva, Lithuanian Post) service quality, delays or shipment damage during transport. We recommend insuring the shipment if the value is high.
