Welcome to the Monsell world – here we create not only clothes, but also a pleasant shopping experience! These Terms of Service (hereinafter – Terms) regulate your use of www.monsell.lt online store, purchases and cooperation with us. They are prepared based on the Lithuanian Republic Civil Code, Personal Data Protection Law, Electronic Commerce Rules and other applicable legal acts (including EU directives, such as the Omnibus Directive from 2022, strengthening consumer rights online). By purchasing, you confirm that you have read and agree to them – this ensures mutual trust.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • Seller: Monsell (hereinafter – We), registered in Lithuania, operating under LR law.
  • Buyer: You – a natural or legal person purchasing goods for personal or commercial purposes.
  • Contract: Purchase contract is concluded when you confirm the order and pay. It is valid until goods delivery and payment confirmation.
  • Terms apply to all purchases on the website, including personalized orders. We reserve the right to change them by announcing on the website – the new version is valid from publication.

2. PURCHASE PROCESS

  • You can purchase by registering (creating an account) or as a guest – in both cases provide accurate data (name, address, email, phone).
  • Product prices are indicated with VAT (according to LR tax rules). The final amount includes delivery costs shown in the summary.
  • Order is confirmed after payment – we accept payments through secure systems (e.g., bank transfer, card). If payment is not made within 24 hours, the order is canceled.
  • Personalized orders (according to your measurements) are created specially – they cannot be returned, as stated in the Return Policy.

3. PAYMENTS AND PRICES

  • Prices may change, but your order price is fixed at confirmation time.
  • Payments are secure and comply with PCI DSS standards. If problems arise, contact us – we'll refund excess payments within 14 days.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Your rights:

  • Get acquainted with products, withdraw from contract within 14 days (except personalized products), receive information about the order.
  • Consumer rights are protected according to LR consumer rights protection law.

Your obligations:

  • Provide accurate data, pay on time, use products according to their purpose.
  • It is prohibited to violate intellectual property or use the website illegally.

Our rights:

  • Cancel order if terms are violated (e.g., fraud), change product assortment.
  • We are not responsible for force majeure (e.g., natural disasters).

Data protection:

Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, complying with GDPR.

5. DISPUTES AND LIABILITY

  • Disputes are resolved through negotiations – contact us.
  • We are responsible only for direct damage arising from our fault, but not exceeding the order value.
  • These Terms are valid in the territory of the Lithuanian Republic, comply with EU standards.
